Shipping Policy

We deliver all over India. Once the order is received, our team will get in touch to confirm the location and the time to receive the delivery.

All deliveries across Karnataka state are free with a minimum order value should be Rs. 1000.

​

All deliveries outside of Karnataka are free for orders with a value of Rs. 2000

​

To align with our motto of having a healthy lifestyle, we follow zero wastage packaging for deliveries. This is done by using various packaging options like paper bags, reusable bags, baskets and glass jars. Except for paper bags all the packaging material is taken back after delivery to the customer. We request your co-operation in working with us to have a safe and healthy environment.

Return & Exchange Policy

In the event of delivery of incorrect or damaged product, please follow the below mentioned process 

 

  • Contact us on support@saveefoods.com or on +91 767 618 5922 with your order number

  • Please send us a photo of incorrect/damaged product via email or whatsapp along with the order number. 


Please do note that replacement of the product or refund is done only in the event of we sending a incorrect or damaged products.

Also any request for returns or refund should be done within 24 hours of delivery of the product. If any contact is done after 24 hours, request for returns or refund will not be entertained. 

​

  • While we strive to deliver your products within 1 to 2 business days, we cannot take responsibility for any delayed caused by our third party delivery companies. So our policy is to consider a product is lost or delayed if product is in transit for a period of 7 business days. We will be able to dispatch a replacement only after this period of time has elapsed. 

​

  •  If product is returned back to us due to incorrect or incomplete address provided at the checkout, you will be required to pay the delivery costs again to re-deliver the product to correct address.
