Urid Dal, Channadal, Red Chillies, Coriander Seeds, Cinnamon, Marathi Moggu, Dry Coconut, Nutmeg
Step 1 # Cook 200 gms of Rice and keep it aside
Step 2 # In a pan, add 4 table spoons of cooking oil, 1 table spoon of mustard, pinch of Asafotedia and turmeric, 200 gms of brinjal and fry.
Step 3 # Once it is half fried, add 3 table spoons of Savee Vangibath powder, 1 table spoon of powdered jaggery, 1/2 tablespoon of tamarind pulp and salt to taste. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 4 # Mix brinjal fried with Savee Vangibath powder with cooked rice and serve
