Coriander Seeds, Red Chillies, Urid Dal, Channa Dal, Cumin Seeds, Black Pepper, Fenugreek Seeds, Mustard, Cinamon, Marathi Moggu
Step 1 # Boil 1 Cup of Toor Dal in cooker and keep it aside
Step 2 # In a large pot, boil your favourite vegetables
Step 3 # Once Vegetables are boiled add 3 spoons of Savee Sambar Powder and salt to taste
Step 4 # Add 1 tablespoon of Tamarind pulp, 1 tablespoon of powdered jaggery to the boiled vegetables. Add boiled toor dal and cook it for 5 minutes in low flame.
Step 5 # In a small pan heat 2 table spoons of ghee or cooking oil, crackle mustard and add pinch of Asafotedia to cooked sambar. Garnish with Coriander leaves
