Coriander Seeds, Red Chillies, Mustart, Black Pepper, Fenugreek Seeds, Cumin Seeds
Step 1 # Boil 1 Cup of Toor Dal in cooker and keep it aside
Step 2 # In a large pot, boil 2 chopped tomatoes with 3 cups of water.
Step 3 # Once boiled add 2 table spoons of Savee Rasam powder, 1 table spoon of Jaggery powder and salt to taste.
Step 4 # Add cooked dal and boil for 10 minutes. Add more water if needed
Step 5 # In a small pan heat 2 table spoons of ghee or cooking oil, crackle mustard and add pinch of Asafotedia to cooked sambar. Garnish with curry leaves and Coriander leaves
